Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GMB Buddy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GMB Buddy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms
